Product Technology

UNI-EC01 Grass is tufted from 7,200 dtex monofilament polyethylene field yarn at a 50 mm pile height. A dense 5/8-inch gauge paired with a 16-stitch-per-10 cm rate delivers a high tuft density of 10,080 stitches / m², packing the blades closely for full coverage, precise ball roll and a comfortable, cushioned footing.

The yarn carries a natural two-tone green. The fiber finish helps diffuse direct sunlight, reducing on-field glare for players and keeping the color looking fresh through prolonged UV exposure.

The turf features a composite primary base cloth sealed with SBR latex coating, which securely locks tufts for reliable tuft bind and dimensional stability. Perforated drainage across the sheet clears rainwater quickly to keep the field playable in wet weather.

EC01 turf is designed as an infill system for football use. A quartz sand base layer plus performance rubber granules can be added to tune shock absorption, ball rebound and player protection to recognized professional playing standards.
