Product Technology

MAX PRO is produced with resilient 12,000 dtex monofilament polyethylene fibers. It features a diamond‑shaped two‑tone cluster football yarn design, tufted at 3/4-inch gauge with 20 stitches per 10cm. It achieves a well-balanced density of 10,500 stitches/m² at 50mm pile height. This combination gives the turf strong fiber support, good ball roll and comfortable footing during play.

The two‑tone bright‑green fiber design blends deeper field green with fresh apple green to recreate the realistic appearance of natural grass. Meanwhile, the yarn’s matte finish cuts down sunlight reflection and helps the surface retain its color under long‑term UV exposure.

A reinforced backing system, which consists of composite base cloth, a mesh reinforcement grid and an SBR (styrene‑butadiene) coating, locks the tufts firmly in place, providing dimensional stability, high tuft‑bind strength and reliable drainage across the field.

MAX PRO is designed as an infill system for football use. It adopts a high‑purity quartz sand base layer plus SBR rubber performance granules to deliver shock absorption, ball rebound and player safety. Filling volumes are tuned to the 50 mm pile height and site conditions.
